Bruce Herwig will be leading a field trip to shoot the metal sculptures in Borrego Springs at night.
If the clouds cooperate, we’re catch the last bit of the Milky Way. Targets include the Serpant, the Jeep and the Padre

Sunset is 6:42pm. Darkness won’t be until 8:10 pm
It’s two hour drive from Redlands. I’m planning on shooting till 10:30 pm then head home. Some of you may wish to spend the night. That’s is totoally up to you.
What to bring: Camera, Tripod, wide lens (24mm or greater), headlamp, flashlight for light painting. closed toed shoes, layers (for warmth). Black light if you would like to go scorpion hunting.
