Wednesday, June 25 @ 7:00 pm

Join us for a night under the stars at one of California’s most otherworldly landscapes! We’ll meet at Trona Pinnacles before sunset to set up, scout compositions, and capture golden hour images before transitioning into night photography. As darkness falls, we’ll focus on photographing the Milky Way over the dramatic tufa spires.

Expect to stay overnight and depart in the morning. This location is remote, so bring food, water, a flashlight or headlamp, and dress for desert conditions. High-clearance vehicles are recommended. (Please note, the last 5 miles are on washboard, dirt roads.)

Whether you’re new to night photography or a seasoned astrophotographer, this is a fantastic opportunity to shoot one of the best Milky Way locations in Southern California.
