** Special Off-Site Meeting – No Zoom
The Redlands Camera Club has a special after-hours opportunity to photograph inside the historic A.K. Smiley Public Library! This is a rare chance to explore and capture unique images of this beautiful building without the usual crowds.
At 7:00 pm we will gather in the Assembly Room where Dr. Nathan D. Gonzales will give us a brief history of the Library.
Enter in the BACK of the library (the Lincoln Shrine side)…NOT the front
What to Know:
- Tripods are welcome
- Flash is allowed
- No equipment that requires on-site plug-in power
- Handheld lighting kits only – keep it simple and portable
- No drones
We’ll have a good-sized group, so please be respectful of others as you shoot.
In return for this special access, the library has asked us to share a few of your favorite shots. The best of the best, please. By June 16 (in two weeks), please email at least 1…up to 5 images to [email protected] – Bruce will gather and deliver them to the library.
